What you will see in the demo

This is not a generic product tour. Before the call, the consultant reads the two or three use cases you gave when booking, and the demo follows them: a password reset that should never reach an agent, a major incident with forty users calling, a change that needs approval from security, an asset that has to be traced to its owner.

You talk to an ITIL v4 certified consultant who implements HaloITSM for clients in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, not to a sales representative. You can ask how something would work in your organisation, and get a straight answer, including when HaloITSM is not the right fit.

Choose a time for your HaloITSM demo

Pick a 30-minute slot. In the booking form, tell us two or three scenarios you want to see; the consultant prepares the demo around them.

Then test it: the free HaloITSM trial

30 days, every feature

Halo's trial gives you the full product for 30 days, with no credit card required.

15 days guided by SMC Consulting

During the first 15 days, a consultant helps you set up your own categories, a few services and an SLA, so you test your reality, not demo data.

Your scenarios, your users

Invite a few agents and requesters and run the scenarios from the demo end to end, from the portal to the report.

A clear next step

At the end, you know whether HaloITSM fits. If it does, we scope the first release and send one quote for licences and onboarding.

What the demo can cover

We pick from these topics according to your use cases; thirty minutes is enough for two or three of them in depth.

The agent view

Queues, ticket views, the priority matrix and how an agent handles an incident from logging to resolution.

Self-service portal

The catalogue, request forms, approvals and knowledge suggested before a user logs a ticket.

Self-service in HaloITSM

SLAs and escalation

Response and resolution targets, warnings before a breach and automatic escalation.

Change and CAB

Standard, normal and emergency changes, risk assessment and approvals with an audit trail.

Changes in HaloITSM

CMDB and assets

Configuration items and their relations, fed by discovery, and their link to incidents and changes.

CMDB in HaloITSM

Halo AI and reporting

AI triage and summaries, and the dashboards your managers will read every week.

HaloITSM demo and trial: frequently asked questions

How long is the HaloITSM demo?

Thirty minutes, by video call. That is enough to cover two or three of your scenarios in depth and answer your questions. If you need more, we plan a second session with your team.

Is there a free HaloITSM trial?

Yes. Halo offers a free trial with every feature and no credit card: 30 days, 15 of them guided by SMC Consulting. Start it from the trial button on this page.

Can the demo use our own processes or data?

The demo uses your scenarios, built on a demo instance; we do not need access to your data. In the trial, you can set up your own categories and services and test with a few colleagues.

Do we need to commit to anything after the demo?

No. The demo and the trial are free and without commitment. If HaloITSM fits, we propose a scope and a single quote for licences and onboarding; if it does not, we tell you. Our advice is independent. If you choose HaloITSM, we can also supply the licences as its certified partner, and we tell you so up front.

Who runs the demo?

An ITIL v4 certified consultant who implements HaloITSM for SMC Consulting's clients, in English, French or Dutch.

How much does HaloITSM cost?

Halo's list price goes from €75 to €59 per agent per month depending on volume, billed annually, with every module included; onboarding is quoted by scope. Details on the HaloITSM pricing page.
