What's included in the 15-day trial exactly?

We're migrating from another ITSM tool — is it complex?
We have managed migrations from ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, GLPI and other platforms. Complexity depends on the scope (historical data, custom workflows, integrations). During the trial, we precisely scope the migration effort before any commitment.
How long to become operational?
First workflows are active within 48–72h. A complete configuration (portal, SLA, basic automations) is operational in 2 to 3 weeks. Complex migrations with historical data take 4 to 8 weeks depending on the scope defined during scoping.
What happens at the end of the 15 days?
